Unfortunately, the buildings were left empty for many years and only opened to the public again in 2007. Today, the area is home to a private beach and deckchairs. You can even go for a picnic in the beautiful countryside surrounding the bay. If you are traveling solo, the Lindos Acropolis is a must-see! It is situated high above the town, offering incredible views and plenty of local life. The climb begins in the town and becomes steeper as you continue.
