A special five-course menu is also available for New Year’s Eve. This menu includes roasted deboned quails, beef Wellington, lemongrass and white truffle shavings, scallops carpaccio, and blinis. Desserts include Basque cheesecake, chocolate malt shake, and a warm brownie.

ETARU has two locations in South Florida, and the New Year’s Eve celebration includes a complimentary glass of Champagne upon arrival. The chef’s tasting menu is priced at $120, but you can choose a more elaborate, five-course meal for $225 per person. This menu includes plenty of Champagne, and the dessert platter is included in the tasting menu.
