Cheap Flights From New York (JFK) to Dallas (DFW)

We’re a bit surprised to see prices this high, especially since they’ve been dropping consistently since the pandemic. But, the good news is that it’s not too late to score a deal from New York City to Dallas (DFW) before summer ends and the rates start climbing back up again.

If you’re flexible with your dates, it’s a great time to book a flight between LGA and DFW because the weather is comfortable and crowds are lighter. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to check out the Texas State Fair and take advantage of cheap food and drinks at the fairground.

The best way to score a deal on this route is to use one of the popular online travel agency (OTA) websites or smartphone apps that can help you find low fares. These sites are popular because they offer access to a huge database of airfares purchased by the major airlines and then sold at a markup to travelers. However, there are also many smaller OTAs that specialize in finding the lowest fares across multiple airlines and routes.

To help you narrow down your options, we’ve scoured the web for some of the best deals on flights from New York to Dallas this week. The fares below are round-trip and include taxes and fees, but they do not include seat selection or ticket change flexibility. The fares are available for travel between August and December, with some blackout dates.

Note that the fare on this deal is a basic economy fare. In addition to not including a free checked bag, the fare is only valid for the cheapest seats. To upgrade to a more expensive fare that includes seat selection and change flexibility, you’ll need to purchase the airline’s Main fare.

If you’re willing to do a little legwork, there are plenty of other cheap flights from New York to Dallas this week that will get you where you want to be for less. Keep an eye out for cheap fares to Minneapolis (MSP) and Detroit (DTW), both of which are easy to reach from DFW. And don’t forget to take advantage of the 24-hour rule, where you can cancel your cheap fares within 24 hours for a full refund.
